Magnolias, winter color and a small tree for a small garden

Magnolias are ideal for planting in  a small garden.   Great to use for deciduous structure and late winter color. In spring/summer the foliage creates a good back drop for other plants in the garden.  Magnolias can be used as a large shrub or small tree.  Now is the perfect time to select the variety you like, the flowers are on show so you can pick exactly what takes your fancy, from white, soft pink through to deep burgundies.   Small gardens. Lovely!
